Paul's z28

Bringing a camaro back to life

It's really hard to put into words just how much we all love Paul here at Rxn. There hasn't been a day we've seen him when he hasn't had a smile on his face. Everywhere he goes he brings this infectious joy and zest for life - even though he's in the midst of a medical crisis waiting for a lung transplant.

This isn't just any camaro, its Pauls. He ordered it from the factory in 1979 (and tried to order it WITHOUT the z28 decals - but they wouldn't allow it...). He would take it up on ski trips to whistler with his ski's on top, driving through mud muck and snow.
After driving it for 20 years, the car was relegated to the garage where it sat until recently when he received a devastating medical diagnosis that would require him to have a lung transplant. The car was dusted off and sent out for a full restoration - just like Paul will be when he gets his new lung!

There were definitely times during the restoration process where we were all afraid that he would not be here to see the final outcome!

Hands down one of the best moments for us was handing over the keys and watching him drive away. Its not just a car - but then - it's never just a car - its a time machine to a different moment in our lives.

Every part of this matching numbers 1979 Camaro z28 has been carefully brought back to life - every nut, bolt,
